for some reason when i download programs off the internet it seems i am having trouble opening them. for instance i downloaded pc decrapifier using google chrome. it downloaded and is now sitting on the bottom of my webpage screen so when i double click it a box comes up saying "do you want to allow the folowing program to make changes to this computer?"

it then says the file name where it was downloaded and i click "yes".. after this the box just dissappears and i cannot open the file.. what gives? what am i doing wrong?

try opening it from the actual folder, not through chrome
