    Hello guys, I've been searching a long time on the HP forum to find a solution for my defect Wifi card Centrino 1030, I bought the exact same wifi 1030 card but the BIOS blocked it error (702), weird enough its not in the whitelist because it didnt come from HP.

    So looking around I learned about bios flashing, crazy stuff, but amazing, and then I found a thread that sl4fko made saying that Donovan600 unlocked a couple of Dv6 & 7 models!! If i could download and flash my laptop with it I would be grateful! Then I can use my Wifi again!

    But When I click on the link to Donovan's Blog, Google Says that I cant enter, so I ask if it could be posted here, or if I have to do something or pay donovan? No problem I just want the whitelist removed!!

    My Model is: dv7-6b31ed

    So I think I need: dv7-6bXX To make it work!

    You could try heading to bios mods and ask Donovan6000 directly?
