This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    seems like after the recent update (a couple of updates and cant remember how many) my dv6736nr takes a loong time before it shuts down. anybody else noticing this?

    Those are the Service Pack 1 pre-requisite updates. If it keeps happening after 10 shutdowns or so, they will probably fix this when the official service pack comes out

    now this is beginning to be annoying.. seems like shutting down is beginning to be a long chore every time i shut down my laptop before going to work in the morning..

    anybody else having this problem?
