I just got an Asus x83vb-x2 . I really like it. I had bought several hp's over years and I finally got pissed off at the last one, We almost bought a hp dv5-1099 but I didnt want to take any chances on it. My tx1210 is a doorstop, defective nvidia chip, motherboard was replace under warranty only to fail 8 months later, they wont recall these either, even tho they have done so for the dv6000 series. I still have a dv8130 it is pretty good other than low sound volume, its a shame because it is a huge laptop and yet you have to carry speakers with you, the tx1210 did pretty good with sound. oh and had a zv5160 and ze4224. I will purchase another Asus to replace the dv8130
