    i ave boght Pavilion DV5-1112ea.....

    1/ each time i start up my vista i get this message "hdd/sdd service has stopped"

    2/ I want to change my SATA from IDE to ACHI but HP told me that i has limited Bios is tere a way ?

    Hmm...just a guess...it might be something to do with the hard drive protection software. Has that service been disabled or stopped from starting up?
