someone please help me solve this Quickbutton issues

as above, the Quick button issue is really going off hand, if by chance you inc/dec. the volume on any application in VHP32 (shipped with DV5) and this thing goes into an infinite loop, constantly stuck there making those annoying "click click click sounds", and making me unable to close or click on anything else, last measure is to C-A-Del, and shut it down

now i know most of you would say uninstall it, but common there has to be some way to make it work......so what'd you guys say..

is there any combo of quickplay with quickbutton i am missing
an update from MS that is known to bother it

just try to close the quick touch program or uninstall it. It just an dispaly program. I also have the same problem. Finnaly, after remove it, the problem was gone.

 

ok...but what if it is needed, my wife is not too techy and this is her Laptop, me on the other hand is quite content to work on my t41..... i mean yeah i use it for the odd GTA4 or two, but more often than not, my wife uses it for *.PPT, movies, SKYP'ing with her parents..... and that audio bar is needed....so how to make it work
