soundcard problem V3221TU install winXP

i bought V3221Tu for my counsin with freedos ! now very angry because of it !
i try to install windowXP 32bit , when completed i cant install soundcard driver and modem driver for it ! i used the lastest driver from HP , conexant HD audio driver ( http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/...n&cc=us&dlc=en&product=3180329&os=228&lang=en
and modem driver :

but the same result : it notice me something about :ERROR: cannot find media device.. ?
i tried to force it install by this way: go to device manager and update driver by locate manual browser to .ini file in setup driver folder
and i have sound and driver for both soundcard and modem but when i adjusted volume to mute or low then restart or shutdown and start window again , the volume of speaker return to MAX it make noise ...shii T
i think it because i can only install driver for soundcard and modem but cant install software manager for driver so ... but when i try to reinstall driver it notice me the same note
checked mainboard by everest ultimate , it show me : voice and ..: conexant CX20549 , and i found somewhere show that : Cx20549 is code for venice version , anyone have right driver for it in winXP ?
another problem is in device manager ==> orther device have a device name ther device with question mark althought soundcard , modem , bluetooth, cardbus SM ,VGA , wireless , LAN card driver was install ! may be IR driver ?
the laptop : V3221TU : core duo T2050, RAM :1GB, intel 950 mainboard !

 

Did you install the MS UAA drivers before trying to install the audio and modem drivers? If not install that and then prceed with instaling the audio/modem drivers...

The other deivces might be the HP Quicklaunch buttons. Install the quicklaunch buttons software to install the driver.

shiiiiT the same result ! something show that is because of driver anyone have driver workgood ?

 

ERROR : Driver installation Failed: Could not find the Media device for thi driver

 

i try vista driver then update by locate XP drive ==> everything is ok now !

 

I almost got one of these. Went with fujitsu instead am having sound device problem in Media Center.
