I've been using x360 for almost one month (upgraded to fresh win10 and stuff) and found VERY weird screen issues:
1) Initially, when I open a browser window (both edge and chrome) and scroll down, screen sometimes showed overlapped, shifted image of current screen (which are stationary when I stop scrolling, and disappears if I scroll up)
2) Now, when I open a browser full screen, sometimes it flickers badly (which is again an overlapped image of current window)
I have seen glitch when I was using windows 8.1, hoped win10 upgrade may fix it, and they occurred again after I upgrade to windows 10. I suspect them to be software issue as I have never seen those in tablet mode.I did all the BIOS updates and video driver updates. Anyone else seeing this kind of glitches? They don't happen too too much but it's very annoying when they happen.

Wow, sorry to hear that.
Unfortunately I've no clue. Could be anything from graphics processing to browser-cache delays... so many possibilities.
Good luck in finding a resolution and please do let us know what it was. -
It's really weird that I only see this kind of glitch in browsers, and I really cannot consistently replicate this problem either. Should I just ship the laptop back to HP and get mainboard swapped? I worry that they may not be able to replicate the issue and just ship the laptop back saying there is no problem.

This reminds me of banding issues on an LCD. Does pivoting the LCD assembly do anything? Or is it just when scrolling on browsers?

Just re-read your post. May be driver or hardware related.
Do you have access to another OS? I would advise trying it in Linux, or some other OS.
