    In the past few days I've experienced a low humming/buzzing sound coming from the monitor area on my HP. It's barely audible and nothing loud or headache-causing, but it's new. The strange thing is, it doesn't occur when my monitor's on full brightness, only when it's on any other level. It almost sounds like a small vibration sound. What could possibly cause this?
