Whenever I start my laptop I get this error message

    svchost.exe - Bad Image

C:\User\Abaddon\AppData\Local\Temp\utaC0CE.temp is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or software vendor for support.

As far as I can tell everything is still working fine but I would like to know how to fix this annoyance, if anyone knows.
