So, i was diligently working on my paper when all of a sudden, the "L" key popped off my nc6400 notebook! Immediately i said "WTF!" under my breath, but after calming down, i examined the key. It looks like the metal latches that hooked to the key was bent.

Anyways, I went to the support website for HP, started a chat session, and told them my problem. They checked the warranty info and model of pc, and said they would ship it out a new one for me! I gave them my shipping address and they stated that they will send one out via two day shipping. Sweet!
