HP DV6358SE
This is in the best buy stores now. Price is $1249, It seems too be a good deal for what I am looking for. I am just not sure about the IGA in it. I hear so much bad things about it. I am not a big gamer. I like to play madden football once in a while, not into shooting games, mainly card or casio games and older games. I will be watching dvd's with this computer. Does this affect the dvd watching ability on the iga card. I have been looking and researching for so long now, I am just getting burnt out, and want too buy too enjoy. Of course I am being cautious because it will go on credit card,
Any body have any thoughts on this or its set up please let me know.
Thanks, Sheldon
P.S. This is my first laptop,

It should run "old" games quite well.
GMA950 game compatibility list -
Running old games in Vista could be a pain, if not possible at times.
Having a faster GPU will help more in vista as a whole. As for old games playing, it will be vista that might be a problem not the GPU in your case.
