Hello everyone, my throttlestop has been acting weird for no reason i dont know why is this happening but it started recently I have clocked all my cores to 38 multiplier but it shows the bus speed is lower than it should it goes to 86 and sometimes even 75 for no reason there is throttling or whatever kindly check the attachment.![]()

Some of the monitoring timers that ThrottleStop uses are a shared system resource. A shared timer means any software can start or stop the timer or change the function of the timer at any time. It is possible that some other software on your computer or a Windows update is interfering with ThrottleStop being able to accurately measure your MHz. Try exiting any other monitoring software.
Try pushing the FID button at the top left of the monitoring table. This will recalculate the BCLK frequency. Does it always show more or less the same BCLK or is the reported BCLK jumping all over the place?
There is a huge thread on Notebook Review for ThrottleStop questions. The link is in my signature. Maybe someone else that frequents that thread has seen this problem recently. I have not noticed any issues on my computer. What operating system / version number are you using?Papusan likes this. -
It used to show the correct BCLK it usually does but when I leave it for like 2 or 3 hours I noticed the bclk speed goes down for no reason and I usually open hwinfo with it, it only recently started doing this I have had this laptop for about 2 years and it only started doing this like 4 days ago , im using the latest build of windows 10 home 19043.1110.
To summarize I use notebook fancontrol app , hwinfo , and cleanmem mini monitor not sure if any of them is doing this
throttlestop is acting weird lowering the speed for no reason
