    gettin an hp dv2188 tomorrow, just wondering about the battery, is it best to leave it to charge and then start using it or literally plug in and go?

    When you recieve the notebook, plug it to the AC Adapter and just start using it. This ensures that the battery is not charged too fast, as Lithium IOn batteries, don't like that. Congratulations on your notebook, and Merry Christmas.

    Lol. Posting on it now :) I likey. Got it for a good deal though. Only $400 with the specs in my sig. Does anybody know what i'd use to clean a matte screen?
