    touchpad driver issues

    Hey guys,

    Did a fresh install with a retail windows 7, and got everything working just fine besides the touch pad drivers. I tried installing the synaptics driver found on my models driver page (v 7.50) but it didn't do anything for me. I can edit the settings in my os, but none of the features work and I cant turn the touch pad off via the square at the top left. The touchpad works, but scrolling ext. does not.

    any ideas??
