    tx2525nr vs Tx2510us or are they the same

    is their really much difference in these 2 laptops or are the basically the same ??

    and would your reccomend them for a soon to be freshman in college like my self ?

    Pretty much the same except the tx2525nr has the RM-70(2.0GHz/1MB cache) while the tx2510us ships with the ZM-80(2.1GHz/2MB cache) and the former ships with 64bit Vista Ultimate while the latter ships with Vista Home Premium 32 bit.

    If you need a pen enabled/touch screen laptop & if you plan to use it for note taking in class then the tx2500 should be perfect for the price. Filling out the FAQ might help in recommending a laptop.
