    I believe that your keyboard was not installed correctly into its place. You can try fixing it yourself or/but I suggest that you get an exchange.

    i contacted hp and ([email protected]) replied that they are offering mail in for repair of the unit ,

    everything is ok other than the uneven keyboard, all the keys are not on same level. Should i send it in for repair , or ask for a replacement.

    i opened it up , there was a wire which was disturbing the keyboard just moved it a bit , its level now

    No problem. I fixed my issue where the keyboard was not installed correctly, causing a lot of flex in the lower right portion, and making the cursor keys noisy and feel different.
