    unknown device in HP NC4200

    hi i had just reformated my latptop and under device manager there seen to be 2 unknown device.
    i had installed all the neccessary driver from HP page and it does not seen to go away.

    anyone know what the 2 driver that i need?

    look up the device manager and what part does it belong to? Is it the PCI? I think it's the modem and the driver for the SD card reader.
