    hello friends
I bought this laptop a month ago. I am using dv5-1135ee notebook
today I left my laptop for a while when I came back I moved my mouse it did not work. I am using a usb mouse after checking in all 3 ports it did not work and I scanned my pc no errors, did system recovery still not working.
it shows still the same error ( usb device not recognized).

please help me out. I don't like using touchpad.

    regards
