    waiting impatiently for my dv2500t!

    I have been looking for a notebook for aobut a month. It was between dell and hp. Dells wait time was considerably longer. I can't even take the speed hp is going at. If it was a dell I would probably lose my mind. Sorry, I needed to do some ranting to pass the time until my lappy arrives.

    DV2500 is a great machine and I am sure you will get it earlier than expected time. I have bought some machines from HP recently and all of them arrived a week earlier than expected.

    Good choice i almost went with the 2500, but since i dont really lug a laptop around often i went with the slightly bigger screen on teh dv6500t

    Yeah same here.. returned Dell 1420 and got a dv6500t. It comes on Monday..LOL Ours must have been on the same flight to Alaska, then INDIANAPOLIS, IN.. Now I just checked, its in MEMPHIS, TN!! Crap.. I think I was wrong. this sucker is being overnighted. If it arrives Monday.. its overnight Fed X.. with before 10:30am service too!! HP is about to make me a happy camper!! :) :) :) :)

    We also got the same configuration except that I got the t7100 instead of the t7300.

    I got it today one day ahead of fed ex's estimated delivery date. China to Bismarck in 3 days, kudos to hp. Not sure why it had to go to Tenessee before coming back up to North Dakota though. Who cares I wasn't expecting it till tomorrow. I'll mess around with it a little before class to make sure there aren't any problems.
