    want to change the motherboard from amd to intel is that possible.And approximately how much it would cost.

    You would probably have to buy a new Windows key also. Unless the current mobo is borked I would sell the machine and buy the one you want.

    Choose parts you want from there (cpu, motherboard, etc) and then look for their prices online. After you have added the prices together with some labor, buy a new computer and sell the old one...
