    i got a hp computer that still under warranty how can i get it fix or replaced? and i also lost the box that it came with.

    If in the US, call HP and go through the diagnostic process with a rep and if they cant fix it they will ship you a box with shipping label. Put your laptop in the box and send it in for warranty service.

    The reps are extremely nice and they are American (that is, they speak English). The problem however, is the service reps, supervisors, and departments don't always communicate properly. So make sure you get the rep name/number and talk to the same person if you can. Otherwise, you may have to start from scratch if you have to call back.

    Now here is where you must take your time: Make sure the problem is spell out clearly. I mean English teacher clear! Don't write them a scroll, just be short, to the point, and very clear as to what's wrong, and the process as to how it occurs.


    That said, the FedEx process is as smooth as silk. They give door to door service, and the box will arrive within a day or two.

    NOTE: Give them an easy log in, and don't forget to remove your personal data. Good luck
