i have a weird problem with my webcam , sometimes when i wanna use it , i open youcam it give me that it cant connect to the device so i need to close all applications that use this webcam while i have no softwares running
so i have to restart in order to make it work
one day i restarted and the same error occured again so i had to restart a second time :s
also , to save threads i will ask here a question about my geforce 9600mgt performance
it's good with games and i like it , though it was less than expected if u ask me
when i play call of duty 5 and there's a scene where there's lots of smoke or fire from the fl;amethrower it the game becomes ridicously slow untill the smoke disappears and i will be able to play smoothly again
anyway my question is not about this , i noticed that the performance of the card isn't always the same
sometimes it works great and sometimes i notice that games barely run , even less demanding games like nba 2007 for example
for example call of duty 4 , sometimes it works incredibly and some other times don't , isn't it weird ????

Maybe its overheating? What surface do you have it on? Do you have a dv5t or a dv7t?

I would suggest installing the lastest drivers for your nVIDIA GeForce 9600M GT and update to the latest version of YouCam.

Just use google and you should be able to find them easily.
