    webcam problem on hp notebook

    heres the problem my webcam is intergrated in to my notebook. In the device manager it shows as usb video device #2. I can't get my youcam software to pick it up as a matter of fact it tells me there is no webcam installed i have tried everything i know can someone please help me with this??????
