    is there any 1 little thing I could do to make HP replace instead of just fixing a part

    whats the problem? I know someone with a zx5000 and they've had to replace the hard drive 4 times, after the 4th they just bought there own hard drive...

    my speakers are turned on and off by pressing on random places on my case

    :)

    and the sound never stays on, just temporially
