is it worth 1,000$? can i get better?
its an HP Pavilion DV6-2190US
-
Woudn't the new DV6 be better? That's the old one. The new one has switchable graphics and a Radeon 5650.
-
link me the new one please
ive had my eyes on that for a while but something that would be better would be epic.

If you are in the US, click into salescircular.com or any of the other tech shopping sites like tech bargains. Look up your state and then the laptop section. That will give you an idea of what's available locally.

I configured it for $1225..
i7 720-QM
4gb Ram
ATI 5650
Blu-ray
The extra $225 really goes into the better materials, the MUCH better graphics card, and the blu-ray. Which makes the laptop much more futureproof than yours.. and it's the new Dv6 which is much sexier. -
Yeah, it seems pretty good, though as said above spending a little extra on the newer, better model would benefit you for the future.
what do you think of this?
