    I have everything installed. Everything that I need works fine. But there's on Unknown Device in the device manager that's there, but I have no idea what this device can be for. Here's a picture of my device manager maybe someone can help me.

    By the way I have a dv6000 if that helps.

    Please do use the search feature before posting & also read through the re-installation guides. There is a lot of info on reinstallation issues and how to solve them, the same question has been asked & answered many times before.

    Anyways it is the quicklaunch buttons device, install the quicklaunch software & it will install the necessary drivers.
