    i can careless about envy
    but im wondering what card hp is putting on the new dv6t and 7t
    it doesnt tell the names, which is really wierd
    i just had a chat with the live assistance and
    she said somehing like they are not available for sales therefore
    she cant tell me LOL
    if they are better cards than the 6770m i would be little bit sad
    bc i just got my laptop like a month ago

    I also had talked to HP's useless sales support; who had said Intel Graphics 3000 was the only option. But yes, the original options prior are still there.

    This confusion is being caused by the GPUs in the Envy's being upgraded. People have been lead to believe the same thing happened with the Pavilions.

    As always for HP in Malaysia, it come with a sucky 1366x768 screen and 5.4K RPM HDD. :mad:

    We have the same problem in China. We are stuck with the low res screen too. Pissed me off enough to get a Clevo laptop with a beautiful 1080 screen. Not sure why they dont just charge a bit more in Asia for a better screen and give us the option - the laptops are made in China anyway! No wonder they are considering shutting down their PC division - with market strategy like this Asus, Lenovo, Acer and a whole host of other Asian brands will kick HP's butt in the Asian market for the foreseeable.
