    where have gone HP Pavilion dv6500t from HP site?
    Yesterday I browsed HP site and choosed
    HP Pavilion dv6500t customized model and saved configurated for later to buy for $ 1023.
    but today there is no any HP Pavilion dv6500t series available on the site!
    instead of it there is much expensive

    HP Pavilion dv6700t series . with no recovery CD.

    they ceased to produce 6500T series? how can I buy

    dv6500t=dv6700t.

    Looks like they did a model number refresh and took the oppurtunity to increase the base prices.

    BTW, you can burn a set of recovery discs yourself using the HP provided software. They are the same as the recovery discs HP charges for.

    Looks like they just released new models! Kinda cool...Looks like they beefed up the Memory on the Graphics cards - but that doesnt really matter...they still only have the GS series!

    They've added Blu-Ray as an option now too. Too bad they raised the prices I guess.

    Any info on whether or not they actually included the gigabit ethernet for the 6700/2700 models this time around? It looks like they have the exact same ethernet specs as the 2500/6500s which, unfortunately, were only 10/100.
