    Which layout(input language)should I choose in Windows for this keyboard(currently I am using "US" but its not "exact" for some keys):

    uhh, i dont get wat ur asking, if ur asking about if this layout US, then i dont think so cuz it has a euro sign on the 'e' key

    hmm I did the Ubuntu keyboard test and it might be "Turkish (Q layout)"
