    why i can see only wallpaper on desktop in my laptop when i turn it on?all icons appears after 15-30seconds and cpu usage in task manager is 0%. whats wrong?

    The CPU is not the bottleneck for that portion of the bootup. I'm not sure, but it's most likely either HDD read speed, or RAM useage. You should be able to see these in the task manager, I think RAM is called "commit charge" though to see the I/O bytes you'll need a third party utility like procexp.exe.
