    hi, i have a notebook hp dv4-1155se, i would like to know, why the cores works always at the full performance, and i cant underclock ? please somebody can help me,

    What OS are you running XP or Vista? If XP install the AMD cpu drivers, if its Vista or even XP(with drivers installed) check to see if there are any processes taking up cpu resources in the task manager.
