    will dv9820ea take a blueray drive ?

    as the subjects states really . i have a dv9820ea and if possible would like to put a blueray drive into it .i want a hp one if poss so the bezel will fit .

    could someone point me in right direction please where i can get one that will fit .i canr seem to find one and if i did wouldnt be sure if i picked the right one

    Yes it can take a bluray drive.

    I believe it will take 12.7mm Slimline optical drives.

    You will have to make sure the bezel is interchangable
