    2nd time its had to been sent back


    or will they be cheap bastards and just fix it


    i'm sick of this BS.............


    my next laptop is TOSHIBA

    I never had any problems with my old 1

    That's odd...HPs supposed to have decent tech support/customer service. Anyways, when you look at your new Toshiba, steer clear of models like M35X and the P30/35 series, as they were built during a time when Toshiba's build quality fell.

    They will most likely just replace the parts. It wouldn't be cost efficent for them to replace the entire computer.

    I would recommend steering clear of Toshiba notebooks, the Satellite series has very poor build quality. Not impressive in the least. The Terca line is decent, although there are better choices on the market.

    I'd agree with you on the old Toshibas - I still have an old one, it must be...oh, about 7 or 8 years old, and runs fine. But, they are not what they used to be.

    My last job I had a Toshiba...and it's why I won't buy one now. What a piece of s**t.
    It was one of the Techra ones.

    Top notebook makers quality wise are Fujitsu, ThinkPads and Asus in my opinion. I think maybe third time is the charm for getting a new one from HP.

    there is obious problems with the one I have
