    hey guys,

so i encountered a problem where the laptop brightness was fixed at lowest regardless of power settings, and the fn+f7, f8 buttons didn't do anything.

this seemed to have happened randomly when i was resuming from hibernation in windows 7. a restart seems to have fixed it (for now), and i haven't yet been able to reproduce the problem, but i was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and knows the cause (and hopefully a permanent solution).
