    windows explorer crashed when i open up this 1 specific folder.

    Hi, i recently purchased the dv6405US with windows vista home premium. Everything was all fine, until the next day, where i would open the folder "Allen" from start button, shortly after it opens a message would pop up saying "windows has stopped working", and the windows explorer restarts.

    I then chose to do a system restore, and it didn't happen again. Then later, the same thing happened when i opened up the "music" folder. crashes and windows explorer restarts. I was wondering what is going on.

    Now, i have created a shortcut to the "music" folder, and when i open it, it doesnt crash. Only when i open it from the start menu.

    I can still do an exchange, should i get a new notebook, or is there a solution to this issue. Thanks.
