Hello I have a problem, When I shut my lid after I am done with my laptop and then come back several hours later I push the power button and windows loads BUT the wireless button is orange. I click to find a wireless network but it doesn't find any so I have to restart it and then it works. Sometimes after i restart it and everything looks fine I go and click on something and I get the Blue screen of death. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Is this on Vista? Because I had that exact same problem (every time i started my computer it didn't connect but when i restarted wireless it worked) minus the blue screen.

One of the main reasons i'm back on XP now. But sorry I have no clue how to fix it it was so f***in annoying for me.

I have the same problem. I am running Vista and sometimes after sleep the wireless never comes back. Device manager does not show the device, as if its not installed. I rebooted the system about 6 times before the WIFI led went bule and everything was back to normal. I'm not sure if this is a faulty switch or drivers in vista.

I did see a few messages reporting that ACPI could not find a IRQ for PCI device 2,3 and 4 when the WIFI was not working.
