    Hi!
    I have already bought my zd8210CA (basically a zd8000
    with an Pentium-4 630 processor and 2x256 MB DDR2) a while
    ago. Recently, I saw a deal for 1GB DDR2 533MHz for 108$
(Canadian). Would you think the upgrade is worth it?
The more demanding applications are for:
    -photo editing (Photoshop, Gimp)
-programming (Visual Basic 2005 Express, & Sql Server Express)
The database component is currently very small, but once the
GUI is done, we'll add all the data.
We're also thinking of possibly testing Windows Vista when RC1
    comes out.
    What do you think?
    Thanks for your input!

More memory is always good for Photoshop.

More RAM is always worth buying. 512mb is on the verge of being insufficient for WinXP

Edit: I should really refresh the forum when I go for a coffee :)
