    zv5000 battery time

    you guys know the battery icon on the bottom right taskbar... when i hover my house over it only shows 100% remaining , it doesnt show the time left like other laptops

    is this a problem with all the zv5000 or is there anything i need to get or activate??

    I suggest Mobilemeter. The XP battery icon doesn't display time left, only a percentage.

    There is a program someone posted about which is supposed to give you more battery life as well as an amount of time. The name of the application is called "batterydoubler" by daushound software. This is the website where you can find it. I havent used it yet, b/c i dont have my laptop (Currently in Memphis, TN coming to Camillus, NY).

    Same with my zv5000. I think the battery has to support it. On my friend's M2000 (Compaq) notebook, Windows XP shows the time remaining.
