    What happened to it? I know that they took it off the HP website after christmas because it sold so well and they were trying to upgrade it...but does anyone have any idea if or when it will be back up for sale again?

    That series was most likely discontinued, upgraded, and given a new name. There is probably one that's similar (same screen size, etc) that has newer hardware.

    Several stores also still carry it. For example, CompUSA carries a model in the series with certain specifications. I remember they had it on sale on Sunday only for only $600. Best. Deal. Ever.
