    zv6005us power issue?

    The wife plugs it in, it charges extremely slow. The battery seems to go down while she's using it even though it is connected to AC power. We replaced the power cord, so I don't think thats the issue. Any advice would be welcome?

    Battery cells are in bad shape perhaps.
