    zv6200 shows 1/4 the processor speed on battery use

    When on my battery, I go to the system and it reads 498 mHz. I do know there have been issues with this. Any help to get the processor running at 100%

    Try setting your power profile to "always on", and/or using a program like SuperPI to stress the CPU. CPUs downclock to save power when the full speed is not needed.
