This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     zx5000, zv5000z, or zt3000

    I am in the market to purchase on of these and the price to perfomance ratio is the main concern. I would like to spend less than $1300 and think I'll be able to do that. Can anyone give me their opinion on these machines. I've searched for the zx5000, have read the threads and have a favorable opinion but would like to know what people think about the other two. Especially the zv5000z with the AMD processor. Main uses will be word processing, powerpoint, surfing, and some gaming, and watching dvds on flights.
