    [T430S] Hard Drive Screw Covered

    I want to switch out my HDD for a SSD but while the manual says all I need to do is remove one screw, I noticed on my machine that screw is covered. Are they all like this? How do I remove the cover?

    I attached a photo of what it looks like.

    If it's what I think it is use a needle and try to peel it off. May leave marks though...
