    I've a problem.
I set the brightness to 100% (both powerplugged and battery).
But the screen of the notebook plugged with power is still brighter than the screen of the notebook which is running with battery.

Why is the brightness not the same? :(

Maybe it is a built in feature.
I have already seen a problem like this, my roommate has got IBM ThinkPad laptop, and we cannot made it works.

I think you need to go to your Thinkpad BIOS, pressing F1 when powering on the machine, somewhere along the menus should be an option called 'Screen Brightness', change it to High, that way the screen brightness should be the same whether you run on Battery or AC Power.
