On the Lenovo site I can get the charger with the integrated USB hub for $37.50, while the regular 65W adapter is $54.99. Is there something better about the regular charger that makes it worth $17.50 more?

Might be a website error. That type of stuff happens all the time. I once got a soundbar from compusa.com for $25 shipped. Next day the glitch got fixed and I still recieved my soundbar. Funny thing was I searched their sister site and others and all said 75. If it is indeed the actual charger grab it.

OK thanks. It has been this way on the website for a couple of weeks and it just seemed weird. I do want a second adapter so I guess I will get this, even though I don't think I really have need for the USB hub.

Maybe they are trying to clear old stock? Speaking of mistakes, the ASUS G73-JH was once on Amazon for like...300 bucks? Such a shame they canceled all orders.

As said they do this to clean out old remaining stocks. My friend got one of these power adapter hub and i think unless you have large desk space, then it is not something you should consider purchasing.

I was just looking for a second AC adapter. The USB hub part is probably useless to me, but I thought it would be better than paying $55 for a regular adapter. If it is considerably bigger than a regular adapter than it is true I do not want it.

Is there a good source to buy a second power adapter for a more reasonable price?

When buying any AC adapter/battery on Ebay, make sure it is OEM not OEM compatible (usually 3rd part knock offs). Also buy with a reputable seller who has lots of feedback.

Both very good advice ... high feedback is a must for me when I go the e-bay route.
