What is the difference between a Fixed bay and an Ultrabay?

What are the advantages of having a Ultrbay over Fixed Bay?

    Thanks :p

A fixed drive is attached to the chasis of the laptop and cannot be be removed without unscrewing it. The Ultrabay can be taken out and swapped for another battery, hard drive or travel's drawer. There is an eject mechanism on the side.
