    Any comment on the West digital 250GB drive?

    Is it good? Can it fit in T61? Hitachi 7K200 is too expensive now, but this guy can be found at pretty low price.

    I've got two of the WD2500BEVS, which must summarise my view of this HDD. I can't think why it wouldn't fit the T61 unless Lenovo are still using a PATA interface.

    There are SATA interfaces inside the T61s, so theoretically they should fit. I also considering the 250GB WD Savvio, as the 7K200 Hitachi is, as you said, too expensive at the time and I dont know if I want to go with the 7200.2 Seagate Momentus.
