    CPU Windows Experience Rating decrease?

    My CPU WEI decreased from a 7.something to a 4.6 after upgrading from 4 gb of RAM to 8gb... all the other indexes went up. I have an i7 2720qm... why did this happen and how do I get the rating back up?
