    Can X60S 8 cell battery be used on an X40?

    I cracked the display on my Think Pad X60S. I have an older Think Pad X40 which only has 2 hours of battery life. Can I replace the X40's battery with the X60S battery?

    I seriously doubt it. But if you have all the parts why not just try it. I bet it physically won't fit at all.

    Yeah, it's no. You can look at one of the reviews to see a comparison picture, I believe (I forget which one exactly, sorry).
